ABOUT PATRICE…

Patrice is a mystic, guide, and teacher of the healing arts.

She offers individual coaching, ceremony, and group workshops.

Patrice believes in the alchemy of listening and that the body speaks the story of our soul.

Her gift is the ability to dive deeply into one’s personal mythology,
to hear what is spoken and unspoken,
guiding clients to tap into their knowing, transform limitations, and live wholeheartedly.

Patrice’s formal training began with Holistic Kinesiology, providing a foundation for understanding health and the interplay of beliefs, stories, and emotions within the body.

From there, her practice deepened through the sacred bodywork traditions of Ka Huna and Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage, alongside Reiki and various forms of energetic healing.

A desire to further support clients in their sovereignty led to yoga teacher training, Pilates, Himalayan breathwork, and meditation teacher training.

Patrice integrates her depth of practice in these healing art forms into each session. Her approach to coaching work is uniquely tailored and holistic, tending to the subtleties and layers that exist in us all, as spiritual beings having a human experience.

We are at once profound cosmic intelligence and exquisitely simple. This powerful truth inspires Patrice to be fully present in each session, as both guide and eternal student of life.
